I have been working with young children since before mine were even born (about 13 years). I have worked in child care settings, and school district preschools with children ages 6 weeks – 5 years old. I am also a mother of 2 (a boy and a girl), step mother to 3 boys. Every day, the children in my life make me laugh! As a teacher, and as a parent, I have had moments of brilliance, and moments of… well, “fail” might best describe them! Failures, successes, and moments to laugh about will be posted in this blog.
I am married to a Microsoft SQL Server MVP, Jason Strate. I often accompany him to SQL related events and conferences. I will occasionally blog on professional topics related to that community, or the online community in general.
